OUR STORY
Faith. Discipline. Stewardship.
TEMPLE was founded by Ethan and Grace Walker, a husband-and-wife team united by a simple belief: The body is not meant to be worshiped — it’s meant to be stewarded. For years, fitness culture pushed extremes — vanity over discipline, shortcuts over consistency, performance without purpose. At the same time, faith was often left out of the conversation entirely. We saw a gap — and felt called to fill it.
Ethan came from a background in training and exercise science. He loved the discipline of movement, but grew tired of an industry that glorified appearance over character. Grace came from a wellness and nutrition background, passionate about helping people care for their bodies in a way that supported longevity, balance, and peace — not obsession. As their lives and faith grew together, one question kept coming up: What if physical health wasn’t about ego… but obedience? What if caring for your body was an act of responsibility — not self-indulgence? That question became TEMPLE.
Scripture reminds us that the body is not our own — it’s entrusted to us. To neglect it is not humility. To obsess over it is not wisdom. Stewardship lives in the middle. TEMPLE exists to support people who train, work, serve, and live with intention — honoring God not just in words, but in daily discipline. We believe strength should serve something greater. Discipline matters more than motivation. Caring for your body is part of honoring your calling. We don’t exist to chase trends. We exist to build habits. Everything we do at TEMPLE is guided by a simple philosophy: Fuel the body. Quiet the noise. Stay disciplined. Whether you’re training, working long days, or simply trying to show up better for the people you love, your body deserves consistency, respect, and care — not extremes, shortcuts, or vanity. The verses aren't about appearance. They are about nourishment, growth, and faithful consistency over time.
Welcome to TEMPLE.
